Datuk Halmi bin Khalid (Datuk Halmi) was appointed to the Board on 18 October 2024. Datuk Halmi graduated Masters in Corporation Management from Universiti Malaysia Pahang. Datuk Halmi began his professional career in 2009 as an Operations Manager at Tanjung Offshore Services Sdn. Bhd. With strong business acumen and leadership, he established Caratech Sdn. Bhd. in 2010 and took on the role of Managing Director.

MR SANDRARUBEN A/L NEELAMAGHAM

Executive Director

Mr. Sandraruben A/L Neelamagham graduated in law from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2011. He obtained a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in 2018. As the founder of Messrs Ahmad Deniel, Ruben & Co. in 2012, Mr. Sandraruben grew the firm into a mid-sized legal practice in Malaysia, where he also led the Corporate Department.
